Products

Do OPS! products have an expiry date?

Our products have an expiring date of 6 or 12 months after it has first been opened, as specified by PAO (period after opening), a symbol of an open small container, indicating by a number the duration in months of the product, followed by the letter “M”. PAO is displayed on every product package.

Are your products tested on animals?

Our products do not contain any elements of animal origin, neither are tested on animals. Since 11th march 2013, in Europe is forbidden to test cosmetic products and/or their ingredients on animals.

Are your products natural?

The contents of natural origin in our formulas varies between 98% and 99%.

Are your bottles recyclable?

Our packaging is entirely recycable. All of our products respect environmental labelling law according to D. lgs. 3 september 2020, therefore we recommend to follow the rules for recycling materials indicated on the case.

Where do you ship your products?

OPS! ships to Italy and Europe.

When will I receive my order?

All shipping modes used for the transmission of our products are trackable online. You can be updated in every moment about the status of the shipping, the location of the package and the estimated arrival date. Tracking informations are emailed at the moment of the order handling.

The courier didn't find me, what can I do?

You will be reached by the courier through email or sms, in order to plan a new delivery.

The couries can not deliver my package, what happens?

If courier were not able to deliver your package, you will be contacted through email, in order to plan a second deliver.

I received the tracking number, but it is not active yet. What does it mean?

It means the your order was delivered to the courier, but the tracking has yes to be activated. Try again few hours later or the following day.

Where can I buy OPS! products?

OPS! products are available only on our website www.originalpureskin.com

How do I use a discount code?

Our discount codes can not be combined with other discounts, so you ca use just one code for each order. After you have added the product to cart, click on “Apply promo-code”, before confirming the order. Insert your code in the specific field, and you will see the amount of your cart updating itself.

Which kind of payment method do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex), and Paypal.

Returns and Refunds

In order to return a product, it is necessary to send an email to shop@originalpureskin.com, expressing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt of the purchased Products, together with the refund form. Prepare the package with the Product without any damages and sealed in its original packaging. The Products must not have been opened nor used. Ship the package with the courier you prefer to the address:
